Dusan's path has been driven by hard work and optimism. After just 1-2 years in college, he recognised that the traditional route wasn't for him and made the bold decision to drop out. He started his career in the insurance sector, quickly rising to become the youngest representative and public speaker in his company's Balkan division within two years. Ready for new challenges, Dusan ventured into entrepreneurship, experiencing numerous failures but learning valuable lessons along the way. He eventually founded Problem Solver, a B2B sales and marketing agency that helped companies secure clients via LinkedIn.

In his early days, Mario was an operator! By founding and exiting Future Cars, SaaS business serving the automotive industry allowing manufacturers, small local distributors and car owners to get connected, he learned how hard a Founder's job is. Long story short, that generated millions of sales from both B2C and B2B with Nissan being most notable client. That allowed him to gain a first hand expertise in how to run a business, deal with operations, hire the right talent, structure the appropriate partnerships and much more.

Investment Thesis

Industry

Opportunistic with a focus on Healthcare, Fintech, and Greentech sectors, prioritising B2B models with AI enhancements that lower costs and improve efficiency.

Stage

Primarily Series A/B, with select pre-seed or pre-IPO opportunities. A lead investor is essential, though we’re open to discussions prior.

People

We seek 2nd-time founders, two-founder-led teams, or companies with diverse, minority backgrounds.

Typically $150k-$5mm, based on syndicate interest and prior deals.
